These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PageWise mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must sign in using Apple or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The App provides a personal reading tracking service. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of the content you create, including reviews, ratings, and reading notes. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Book metadata (titles, authors, covers, descriptions) is sourced from the Google Books API and is subject to Google's terms. We do not claim ownership of this third-party content.
PageWise offers an optional premium subscription ("PageWise Premium") with the following plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may change from time to time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
The App, including its design, features, and code, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
